Show May 1991 1, The Pyramid Three Page Karla Cutler to exchange vows with Eric Rouska EPHRAIM Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Cutler announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Karla Renee to Eric Darryl Rouska, son of Vicky M. Rouska, of Vernal, and Darryl Rouska, of Kearns. The couple will be married May 4, 1991 , at Cedar Crest Inn, Sterling. They will be honored at an open house that afternoon from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Ephraim Co-o- p Building, 96 North Main. The bride is a graduate of Manti High School where she was a cheerleader for three years. She received an associates degree from Snow College where she was president of Lambda Delta Sigma and is currently attending Utah Valley Community College studying graphic arts. The bridegroom is a graduate of West Jordan High School. He is attending Snow College where he is pursuing a degree in building construction. Open house to honor retiring extension agent MANTI An open house from 3 to 5 p.m., Monday, May 6, in the Commissioners Room at the Courthouse, will honor Mary Lois Madsen, USU Extension Home Economist, vho is retiring in May after 20 ears service. The public is welcome. Mrs. Madsen, who has been instrumental in the expansion sf the county program, has directed Idea Fairs and Family Life Conferences, as well as conducted workshops on home economics including upholstery, nutrition, money management, speed tailoring, units and microwave cooking. She has brought extension specialists and other noted speakers to the county, has served on the Sanpete Trade Association Board, and was instrumental in assisting restoration efforts of the Ephraim Coop Building. She is a member of the Utah Association of Extension Home Economists having served as president.
