Family Living Weddings, Anniversaries Ailene Larsen sets holiday ceremony with Joel Bascom FAIRVIEW David and Lorraine Larsen announce the engagement and forthcoming holiday wedding of their daughter, Ailene, to Joel Bascom, son of LaVelle and Marilyn Bascom, Orem. The wedding and open house will be held in the Provo Elks Lodge, 1000 S. University Avenue, Dec. 30, 1988. Friends are invited to visit the couple from 7:30 to 9 p.m. The bride elect, graduated from North Sanpete High School and Seminary. She was active in athletics, drill team, and business competitions. She attended Utah Technical College, Orem, and Century 21 Real Estate Academy, Salt Lake City. She is presently employed as a secretary and real estate agency at Century 21 Courtesy Reality, Orem. The bride-groograduated from Mt. View High School, Orem. He was involved in auto shop, shop and welding. He is presently employed as a diesel mechanic in Lindon. The couple will make their home in Orem. Joel Bascom, Ailene Larsen m Moroni City and the MORONI Moroni LDS Wards will combine to a Christmas Eve com- sponsor munity program Saturday, Dec. 24, at 6 p.m. at the Moroni Stake Center. LaRae Dyches will be the Master of Ceremony. The Miss Moroni royalty will assist Santa Claus in greeting the children. Prizes will be awarded for the Christmas home decorating contest. All Moroni residents are invited. Fountain Green holds social A GREEN FOUNTAIN Christmas party was held Dec. 14 in the city hall for all city employees and spouses. Dinner was served and the group was entertained by Don Harris and his magic act. Mayor Dean Hansen presented each councilman and city employee with a Christmas gift and thanked them for their service.
