Show DECEMBER 16, 1986 obituary Rebecca S. Fisher Rebecca Sue Fisher, 17, of 3900 W, 300 N., West Point, died Monday, Dec. 1, 1986, at her home . She was born July 6, 1969, in Eugene, Ore., a daughter of William Frederick and Dixie Frasier Fisher. She had lived in West Point most of her life where she attended elementary school. She attended North Davis Jr. High School and at the time of her death was a senior at Clearfield High School, also attending Seminary. She was a member of the West Point 5th Ward. She had served as president of the Mia Maid Class and was a Laurel in the Young Womens program. She was enmployed at McDonalds in Roy, and enjoyed photography and Point. Also surviving are her grandfathers, Howard M. Frasier, Clinton; Golden Fisher, West Point. Services were held Friday, Dec. REBECCA SUE FISHER at the West Point 5th Ward Chapel with Bishops Counselor Booth Crabtree officiating. Interment was in the West Point City Cemetery. Funeral directors, Lindquists Clearfield Mortuary. Edra Sue Porter Edra Sue Nalder Porter, 33, of 1472 N. 1850 W Layton, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1986, at the Humana Hospital Davis North in Layton of heart failure. She was born April 23, 1953, in Ogden, a daughter of Howard A. and Wanda M. Banford Nalder. She married Lanny Devero Porter Sept. 22, 1972, in Layton. The marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. She was reared in Layton and lived in Ogden for several years. She had lived in Layton for the past nine years. She attended Layton public schools and attended Layton High School. She graduated from Ogden High School. She was an active member of the Layton 13th Ward where she had served as the nursery leader, Primary teacher and had been a Relief Society visiting teacher. She had worked at Olan Mills in Layton. Surviving are her husband of Layton; one son and three daughters, Kenneth Devero Porter, Cynthia Porter, Sarah Elizabeth Porter and Amanda Porter, all of Layton. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. David (AlDean) Wixom and Mrs. Rod (Alma) Charlesworth, both of Layton; and Mrs. Keith (Daylene) Coy, Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister. Services were held Wednesday Church. She was an accomplished musician. She attended the Utah Conservatory of Music, the McCune School of Music and the California Conservatory of Music. She owned and operated a beauty shop in Layton. She was a member of the Ladies Republican Club, Veterans of Foreign War Auxiliary; charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Layton, member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She had worked with the Davis County Extension Agent showing women how to sew during World War I and World War II. She was a sky watcher during World War II. Surviving are two sons and one daughter, Hyrum J. Layton, Sparks, Nev.; Ben H. Layton, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Alvin E. (Lorraine) Jacobson, Bountiful; eight grandchildren, 18 great- grandchildren and ten Also surviving are one brother sisters, Blaine W. Adams, Blanche A. Reed, both of Layton; Bessie A. Grove, Mrs. Joseph P. (Bonnie) Kesler, both of Salt Lake City. She was preceded in death by one daughter. and three at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary with Bishop Wayne Thome officiating. She was a member of the Protestant Church. She was a member of the Salt Lake Cat Fanciers Club and the NCO Wives Club. Surviving are her husband of iversity Medical Center in Salt Lake City of cancer. She was born May 4, 1941 in Bloomsburg, Pa., a daughter of Clyde Aldace and Tishea Mae Parker Cook. She married Roscoe L. Coss Dec. 23, 1957 in Denton, Tex. She had attended schools in Pennsylvania and graduated from ' E. Angel St., Layton, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 1986 in St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Ida. of causes incident to age. He was bom June 6, 1902 in Welcome, Wis., a son of Edward and Alta Cates Faneuf. high school in Louisiana. She had been a rural mail earner. Nancy Linda Cook Coss, 45, of 2833 S. 3000 W., Syracuse, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 1986 at the Un- Birdie Adams Udy, 90, of 1150 S. Main, Bountiful, died Friday, Dec. 5, 1986 in Bountiful of pneumonia. She was born May 25, 1896 in Layton, a daughter of Hyrum and Annie Penrod Adams. She married Harold C, Layton July 30, 1912 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were later divorced. She married J. Lloyd Udy Feb. 28, 1940 in Americans Falls. He died Sept. 1972. She attended schools in Davis County. She had lived in Layton for 46 years; Rockland, Idaho for 32 years; Salt Lake for seven years and Bountiful the past five years. She was a member of the LDS art-wor- k. Surviving are her parents of West Point, and one brother, Corey F. Fisher, also of West Nancy C. Coss Birdie Adams Udy Evadna Roberts Francis, 76, of Morgan, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 1986 in Salt Lake City of heart failure. She was bom March 8, 1910 in Frankburg, Alberta, Canada, a daughter of Walton A. and Olive Corbridge Roberts. She married Joseph H. Francis of Morgan on Sept. 13, 1939 in the Cardston LDS Temple, Cardston, Canada. The family returned to Davis County in 1911, where she MMMMUMMMMMMI AMMUMUMUMWWII attended schools graduating from Davis High. She attended the University of Utah, after which she graduated from the Dee School of Nursing and worked several years as a registered nurse at the Dee Hospital in Ogden. She was later appointed Morgan County Nurse. She was an active LDS Church worker, serving as president and teacher in the Relief Society, and held other positions such as in the Ogden Temple for eight years. She was an active member and president of the Morgan Parent Teachers Association, a member of the Fine Arts Study Group of Morgan and served as president and historian. She was an artist and was recognized for her work throughout the area. Surviving are her husband of Morgan, one son, Blair Francis, Woodruff; three sisters and one offi-ciat- !
