Supt. John S. White should be completed by March, 1985. Although a bit higher than MHT Architects $300,000 estimate, Dr. White said bids were carefully reviewed and that Stallings has a good reputation for the work they do. Due to heavy construction activity, he said probably half the number possible bid. In the past couple years, bids have generally been awarded for under the architects estimate.
