Show USE CLASSIFIED ADS ON INSIDE PAGES Volume Eighty MT PLEASANT, UTAH 84647 FEBRUARY 17, Number Seven 1972 Spring City fire Gun collection is stolen destroys Black home on Tuesday A bad fire of unknown origin estimated at several thousands of dollars completely destroyed the interior of the home of Mr and Mrs Leroy Black of Spring City Tuesday afternoon The fire started in the interior of the house, the upstairs attic and contents bedroom, were completely burned Due to the quick response of the volunteer fire department, some furniture, clothing and contents were saved Mr and Mrs Black were home at the time The volunteer firemen, neighbors, family and friends aided Mr and Mrs Black within minutes of the fire bell call Mr and Mrs Black were taken to the home of a granddaughter and grandson, Mr and Mrs Odell Christiansen of Mt Pleasant until plans are completed for their next residence Mr and Mrs Black and family are so grateful for the wonderful help of any kind given to them Members of one of the early day choirs of the Spring City Ward organized in 1862: John Schofield, director; Josephine Peterson Schofield, organist, first row: John Robinson, Jr., Joseph Schofield, William E.
