The study was performed by the Intermountain Consumer Power Association at the request of the City. The engineer w ho prepared the study concluded that a 53 increase in rev enue would be required in the next nine months and recommended that it be put into effect immediately After considerable discussion with the engineer, the Council decided to adopt and follow the rate schedule used by Utah Power and Light.
