The children gathered all kinds of candy when it was finally broken. Utah; Janet from Las Vegas, w here she teaches school. Jenny Reed came from Phoenix. Arizona, and stayed with grandparents Newel and Devaun Mitchell. Terri Mitchell and children and her brother Jeff returned from Jewett. Ohio, just in time for the reunion. Mack and Gwcnn Mitchell came from Bountiful. Other members gathered from the Fillmore area. Two special guests included Aunt Zella Walch from Fillmore and Jeff Schrader from Ohio. The menfolk enjoyed and fishing, hunting, skect shoot during the week. Most important was enjoying each other and cousins getting acquainted. Weaving Mitchell and Mrs. Bill Thomason, weaving instructors are spending the summer in Fillmore. They would be very pleased to instruct a class for interested residents while they are here. They will give instruction in weaving, place mats, purses, belts, and basic tapestry. The Thomasons are donating their time so there will be no charge for instruction. The materials for your first project will be furnished by them also. Any additional materials can be purchased the through instructor at a nominal cost. We do hope anyone interestred will take advantage of this opportunity to learn weaving. The class is open to children and adults.
