Harlan Burns' Fifth District Courtroom on Tuesday, July 25. William Lloyd Eastwood, 23, of Belknap, Illinois pled guilty to Murder in the Second Degree With A Firearm after an amended charge to that effect was filed with the court. Both were then committed to the Division of Correa ions at Utah State Prison for a presentence e aluation. FILLMORE PLAGUED BY VANDALISM by Cathy Wilson Vandalism in the form of several broken windows plagued Fillmore last Wednesday and Thursday. Police Officers were called to investigate reports of broken windows on Wednesday. July 19, at the old Elementary School where an estimated $200 worth of windows were broken and then again at the Counhouse where two rear windows were broken with rocks. Fillmore City Police Chief Ken Hare was the investigating officer in the Wednesday incidents. On Thursday night, July 20. rocks were again used to break windows in the liquor store and the bank.
