Utah Jobless Benefits Hit $10.9 Million SALT LAKE CITY (UPI) — Unemployment benefits claims last year in Utah cost the state $10.9 million, a record high. The Utah Employment Security Office announced Friday the state also registered 5,323 fewer non-farm jobs than in 1962. The annual report said the record unemployment problem was due to a labor force expansion. As the labor force expands so does the percentage of unemployed workers. Along with the $11 million paid by the state, $2.7 million was “Even if we gave a wrong transfusion,’ Bluke Hospital pleaded, “It was the County Hospital that made the injuries worse. Commissioner Arias G. Belnap said the blockades are not a result of the failure of Idaho to recognize out-of-state boat registrations, but as part of standard procedure. Idahoans working in Utah must pay the Utah registration fee and display decals on their Idaho plates. Students driving cars without the Utah plates are required to obtain identifying windshield stickers. Belnap said that more than 2,000 non-residents have already obtained stickers and decals—' 1,634 of them students and 391 commuting Idahoans. The University of Utah, which ordered 500 stickers for nonresident students, has not yet West every through Friday. Sunday Herald published Sunday morning. L. B, Tackett publisher.
