Merlin Ray Sprouse, 31, 7210 S. 2870 E., Salt Lake City, pleaded innocent in Provo City Court to a charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and trial was set for May 27. Clifford W. Beardall, 53, 3140 N. Provo, pleaded guilty in Provo City Court to. charges of driving during revocation on March 28, and was fined $250 by Provo City Court. He had earlier pleaded guilty to driving while underthe influence of intoxicating liquor on the same date (eighth offense), and been sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 suspended if $200 fine were paid by May3. Stanley E. Fieldster, 35, 4046 S. 4275 W., Granger, pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless driving Nov. 4, and was fined $50, after charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor on that date, were dismissed by Provo City Court. John Joseph Nazary, 60, 565 a 9th W., Provo, was found i nocent ‘by Provo City Court of a charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor on Sept. 23. Francis C. Eldon Pack, 50, Pleasant Grove, pleaded guilty in Provo City Court to a charge of battery upon Michael F. Reason March 14 at Brigham Young University, and was fined $10 by Provo City Court. Garry C.
