(UP) — A federal grand jury has indicted a Utah .couple for obtaining money from repeated filings of lent income tax returns. By COLLEEN ROWBERRY FR 40217 Mr. and Mrs. Paul Black enjoyed a weekend visiting and renewing acquaintances of former friends in Las Vegas, Nev., whére they made their home prior to coming to Provo. Mr. Black had been in-California for the past week and Mrs. Black met him in Las Vegas and they returned to Provo together. Mrs. Lucy Rasmussen of Emery Countyis visiting for a few months at the home of her daughters, Mrs. Crystal Maughn and Mrs. Cleo Powell of Orem. Mrs. Stanford J. Taylor is at home recovering from a major operation performed in Utah Valley Hospital early this month. She has been helped by the cards and good wishes sent to her by her many friends. Mr. and Mrs. Louis F. Wells and family of Casper, Wyo., former residents of Utah County, visited recently with friends and relatives in the area. Mrs. Fay Petersen entertained members of the Birthday League Club at a luncheon held at her home on the’ occasion of her birthday. A delicious luncheon was served to nine members.
