Inall, typical residential Mountain Fuel customers will pay about $40 moreperyearontheirbills, an equivalentincrease of about 8 percent. The higher rates took effect Jul 1, This pass-through rate increase — which conilled from significant changes in fuelcosts to utility companies — is the second for natural-gas customers this year.
