Jl H Dn irvifl O From January 5th to February 1st in the splendidly equipped college dairy you h xzxx y xxxg are given actual practice, under expert supervision, in the making of butter ana4 I H cheese, m operating the separators and Babcock tests, in pasteurizing milk, operating a creamery, H etc. In the class room, talks on all these processes and on the care and management of the dairy H herd are given by specialists of long training, both from the A. C. U. and other schools. Dep't. of Forestry, graduate of Yale School of Forest- I H ry, and will include surveying, silvi culture, lumbering, grazing, timber physics and mensuration.
