The new board members and their assignments are: Carol Andersen president. Sharon Waggoner, pres.-elec- t; Belva Hardy, secretary; James J. Lay ton, principal representative; Barbara Frodsham, treasurer and Leona Ross Historian. At the same meeting, awards were presented to Layton High for having the largest senior high PTA mem 1 t&i -- bership in the district and Clearfield High for being the Outstanding Local PTA." Newel! Andy Anderson, 1979-8- 0 president of the North Davis Secondary PTA Council, was on hand to conduct the event and present the awards. Wimmer, Clearfield, local businessman and Utah legislator from Davis County, has been appointed graduate research assis'ant for the combined Weber State NEW BOARD MEMBERS for the 1980-8- 1 school year for the North Davis Secondary PTA College Utah State University master of education program Mr. Wimmer is a WSC graduate in political science and humanities, and has done graduate work at the Council.
