Daughter Verna remained in the city for a visit with relatives. Vara G. Cheney made a trip to Wendell, Idaho, on the 5th, and while there flew to Lovelock, Nevada with Harry Gibbs of Wendell, spent two days there, and returned home Thursday night. Mr. and Mrs. Morton Kearl are in Idaho Falls this week, due to the serious illness of their daughter, Mildred Johnson. Mrs. Allison Kearl with her daughter and Gaydean Satterthwaite ' in Idaho visited Mrs. Johnson Miss Satterth- Falls last week. waitC also visited Mr. and Mrs. Myron Cook and family. Our choir furnished the singing and speaking for the Ovid ward sacrament meeting on Sunday. The Bloominton choir were in attendance at our meeting. They furnished a fine program jmd music and sermons. Shirley Abbott, Doris Daughter and Wally Rogers of Salt Lake City were recent guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Willis E. Kearl in Round Valley. Week-en- d guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Alley were Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Alley and daughters Sharon Lynne and Marcia 4-- Salt Lake City. Accompanying them were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hoyt who spent their time at their home up the mill. Richard Hoyt and friend were also in town over Sunday. Mr. Elmo Packer who had charge of the experiment farm for the Agricultural college in Logan, with his wife and children, Luanna' and. Lyle, spent1 Saturday night to Monday visiting Gerry Alley and family at South Eden, also Mr. and Mrs. Chas. H. Alley. The Packers were on the last leg of a vacation trip to see the beauties of Utah from St. George to Bear Lake. Jerry Smith and brother of Anaconda, Montana, brothers of Harold Smith who was killed in an airplane crash near Garden City last November were in town last week to call on Mrs. Claude Willis" and daughter Merle Thom as. Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Weston went over to Beaver Dam last Sunday to help officiate in blessing their infant granddaughter, Lauretta Erickson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dean. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Earley trucked a load of livestock to Ogden Monday and brought back a load of freight. Frank Siddoway and two small daughters came from Oakley, Utah Sunday to bring Mr. and Mrs. George Siddoway who had been there for a short time.
