Wilson of Ilyrum, exchanged vows with Mcrvin G. Jensen, son of Mrs. Geneta Larsen of Hyrum. President ElRay Christiansen of the Logan temple officiated, i rnMernbers of the bridal party witnessing the ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. Wilson, and Mrs. Larsen, parents, of the couple, and Mrs. Vida Sheen of River Heights and Mrs. Violet Seambns y ' - of Hyde Park aunts ofrthe groom, and Mrs. Virginia Malm-ber- g of Logan. Following oi the wedding a dinner was held in honor of the newlyweds at the Bluebird in Logan. Covers were laid for the members of the bridal party and also Mr. and Mrs. Will Jensen of Hyrufri, grandparents of the groom. The couple left in the late afternoon of the same day for a honeymoon trip which took them into various parts of Oregon. For. her going away outfit the bride ; was attired in an attractive pink gabardine suit, with white acops-soreHer corsage was gardenias and pink roses. .Vjj On Sunday, June 27, Mr! 'and Mrs. Wilson honored ,'tlieir daughter with a trousseau' tea which was held at their home in Hyrum. Greeting the guests were the honored couple and their parents. The bride-to-bwas lovely; in an aqua blue taffeta formal gown. Her corsage was pink rose buds and white carnations. Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Jensen Werej dressed in black dinner dresses, with corsages of pink and white' j rosebuds. Placed on a cluny table in the living room was an elaborate pink and white wedding cake, topped with a miniature bride and groom standing under an arch of pink roses and wedding bells. The cake was bankecLwith orange blossome and white roses. The rooms .were decorated with s. e Richmond Cornish defeated the Richmond nine by a score of 9 to 7 at Richmond ' on Sunday, July 11. A very interesting game to watch. A large crowd of fans were in attendance. Whitman pitched for the locals and allowed nine hits. Garth and Dean Bergeson did the chucking for 11 hits. A rain storm stopped the game in the first half of the ninth binning. Cornish scored four runs in the first innings one in the second and four in the eighth; Richmond scored one run in the first, third, fourth and sixth and made three in the eighth. The party was held at the horn of Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Wright. During the evening a brides book l was made.
