THE PETITION states that the defendant Walter Bright requests a Judicial review of the action taken by the Board of Heallh when they denied Ace the reissuante of a license to operate late in March. The series of court actions began last fall when Second District Court Judge Duffy Palmer ordered an administrative hearing to see if Ace Ambulance had been denied due process when their license was revoked last summer.
