Show i LOMOND BEACON, Dec. 14, 1978, Page 5 BEN a u Weber High surprised everyone except themselves in capturing the Bonneville Holiday Tournament title last weekend at Bonneville High. A goal at the beginning of the season was to improve in each showing and the Warrior wrestlers have done just that. Last weekends performance was a showing that will be difficult to improve, upon but Coach Richard Hoopes is confident that finer improvement will be made. West High was favored to win the tournament, but the Warriors were victors in 10 of their 12 first round matches, some of those wins were key victories over Panthers Warriors, Tony Cruz, Bruce Finch, Mark Storey, and Scott Cottrell were all first place winners for the Weber team. Cottrell narrowly missed being A NOT- YOU 5TRRT - named the tournaments iA ' 5? v!An v ?- 4i - Campions Galore!
