In addition, the vocational center obtained $403,000 to make a payment to the Davis County School ' District for two buildings and $146,000 to remodel the main building. But the center also received an 11 percent cut in its base budget, with the teachers receiving a meager 2.45 percent 4-- 4-- H 4-- H enclosed stands for Head, Heart, Hand, and Health.
