Halliday: Ronald Decatur Kraushaar - the defendant appeared at the sentencing phases in three separately filed felony level criminal informations. The first felony level complaint filed against Kraushaar contained one third degree theft of mislaidlostmistaken property count. The second criminal case filed against the defendant contained a single third degree felony level theft by receiving stolen property charge. The third felony level criminal information filed against Kraushaar contained an additional second degree possession ofwith intent to distribute a controlled substance offense. Pronouncing judgment in the felony level complaints, the court sentenced the defendant to three consecutive terms in the Utah State Prison. The district judge subsequently stayed the execution of the terms indeterminate prison sentences, unposed three in the Carbon County Jail and credited Kraushaar with any incarceration time already served in connection with the felony level criminal cases. In addition, the court ordered immediate execution of the three jail terms, instructed the defendant to pay $45 served at the local correctional facility to the day per every Carbon County Sheriffs Office and placed Kraushaar on probation under the direction of the Utah Department of Corrections for 36 months.
