Two floors of the first unit, which is being constructed by the college, are scheduled for completion by the opening of school in September. All available rooms have already been rented. Some have kitchenettes and are in great demand, according to Jim New, CEU spokesman. The remaining portions of the unit will be completed during the year. Meanwhile, remodeling and restructuring of the library has been completed and workers have begun the process of moving materials from the old gym back into the library. They will be taking time to organize the library as they go, but it also will be open in time for the first day of school.
