Laura is a 1994 graduate of Gunnison Valley High School and Gunnison Seminary. She was accepted by Ricks College at the end of her junior year and went directly to Ricks instead of spending her senior year at GVHS. Laura was an exchange student to Australia. She is interested in working with exceptional children and is taking BYU Independent Studies classes. She enjoys singing, playing piano, and flute, reading, needlework and her family. Laura is the daughter of Von and DeeAnn Pratt, Gunnison, and the wife of Jason LeVitre. Laura and Jason are expecting their first child in early July. Ricks College graduated its largest class in the history of the school as 2,599 diplomas were awarded at annual graduation ceremonies Saturday, April 29,1995.
