obtainable it is thought that fulmer ran into a missed hole as he was badly mangled his right arm being blown oft off and the right night leg merely hanging by a shred the collar bone was broken the skull crushed and the ribs smashed in this was the second shift the deceased had put in and it seems seema that he had made preparations to leave ii the mine as his tools were all packed up he in all probability went to the missed hole and stooping down pulled on the fuse when the explosion took place which launched him into eternity an inquest was held and a verdict rendered in accordance with the evidence deceased was 56 years and leaves a wife and six children childre t to 0 mourn his loss the remains 0 b be 0 shipped to his old home for interment there is a splendid colonization movement on foot in the northwest territories it is known as the alberta colony and is situated on the st marys river north of the indian reservation which lies in the northernmost part of mont montana a the country being a new one it offers fine opportunities to home seekers and those wishing to identify themselves with the growth of a new locality the land is good and requires little irrigation and good yeam shot himself through the heart at his home near the state prison yesterday afternoon burrows had accompanied I Is foster mother mrs peter moore to town and assisted her in the disposition of a load of vegetables returning home bome about the boy went to the stable to the horse and when a few minutes later mrs moore went to look for the boy she found him lying upon his back dead the revolver with which the shooting was done lying at his side with one empty chamber mr and mrs moore were in the house less than feet from the stable at the time the shot was fired but neither of them heard the report the revolver from which was fired the darath dealing shot was a present to the lad from mrs moore she having very recently purchased the weapon for him jeff smith an engineer on the rio grande yesterday fell from his engine at a point about a mile and a half east of sunnyside Sunny side and received injuries which resulted in his death shortly afterwards the accident occurred while the a drink of water and a short abort time afterwards he was found sitting in the bootblack chair cold in death having occasion to go into the wash roam night porter willis saw mr lee sitting very naturally in the bootblack chair and apparently asleep going to awaken him willis was horrified to find the old gentleman dead he immediately gave the alarm and upon physicians being summoned the cause of death was pronounced to have been apoplexy mr lee was 65 55 years old and has a son on in beatrice neb H A lee who is cashier of the first national bank in that town it has not been
