Pentecostal Church of God of America She and her husband served as pastors in Idaho Oregon California Colorado and Utah She was involved in the Pente- costal Ladies Auxiliary and served as local and district president She was also a member of the Kings Daughters and for several years was a volunteer in the Re- - Ethyl Fay Waggoner tired Senior Volunteer Program Her daughters are: Elsie L Waggoner and Ollie D Waggoner both of Ogden Her sons and their spouses are: Del and Alma Waggoner of Humble Texas and Bert and Evelyn Waggoner of Houston Texas She has four grandchildren Her brother Richard and his wife Rose Mary are residents of Anaheim Calif The children of Mildred Williams Mildon of 1647 E 6600 South Uintah will honor her with a dinner Tuesday on the occasion of her 85th birthday She will be furthered honored today by her grandchildren and with cake and at her home She was born Nov 21 1904 in Ogden the second of six children to Hyrum Williams and Lodasca Bclnap Williams She grew up and was educated in Ogm until 1941 They then moved to Uintah where she has spent the past 48 years She worked for Utah Tailoring Milles for 18 years retiring in 1983 Her children are: Mrs Lyman was married to Paul Ellison Skeen in the Salt Lake LDS Temple by David O McKay Most of their married life was spent in Oregon where she was Peterson aerial photographer until his medical discharge in occasion of her 80th birthday She was bom Nov 16 1909 in Wier Cherokee County Kansas to William Albert and Alice May Zentmier Smith On Jan 11 1925 she married James E Titus in Kansas He died Feb 11 1977 They moved to Logan in 1944 where she was employed by JC Penney Company for 17 years She then managed the Gasamat service stations in Logan and Ogden until she retired in 1982 She is currently the nutrition manager at St Benedicts Manor In October she received her certificate for volunteer work for RSVP She has been coordinator appointed for RSVP at St Benedicts Manor and is a trustee for
