Scott worried about his family. Letters were slow to arrive. CNN coverage of the war in the first week was not extremely favorable and those ' serving in Desert Storm wondered if they would receive a heros welcome or a Vietnam welcome. His answer came as he drove around Magna and felt the spirit of those who adorned their houses and yards with yellow ribbons and American flags. While waiting for letters, Scott read 28 books, novels to historical books, some of which he took over, some of which Americans had sent over in boxes. We wish Scotts wife, Stephanie, a quick recovery and Scott and all our servicemen a heros welcome. 1 Med-Eva- Come see the Magna booth at the Spring Home & Garden Show at the Salt Palace, Thursday, March 14, through Sunday, March 17.
