| Show land laird jumping wm win hill thill was before commissioner norrell orrell NL today on a charge of forcible entry and detainer made by H brisacher of this city the evidence developed that mr hill had baj filed died upon come laud land in granger grander salt lake county to in august 1886 this spring he be had on his bis quarter section some fifty acres of grain which was planted last fall and a small shanty he has riot not been able to live on the place or do a great deal owing to having been afflicted with paralysis for about eighteen months he is recover iDT however and on the of march went out to his land mr brisacher Brisac ber on the of march and while mr hill was away commenced the er erection arecton of a shanty on the land and and bad also filed on it during the night of the mr hill returned and removed the halt half built shanty off his bis ground for this a criminal action was brought against him the commissioner listened to all of the evidence and promptly discharged mr wll hill from custody |
