RICHARDS Jeff Richards is also in his fifth year with the Southern Utah gymnastics program. He came to SUU from Utah State to join Coach Bauman as an undergraduate assistant when Bauman took over the program. A Logan, Utah, native, Richards is the SUU uneven bars coach, and as such is particularly gifted in breaking down skills and intelligibly relating the information to the gymnast. Richards' calm demeanor in the gym is a steadying influence on the athletes and is one of his strongest assets, according to Bauman.
