The first two days of registration are reserved for seniors and students completing associate or certification degrees, according to Director of Admissions and Records D. Mark Barton. Students register alphabetically, according to last names letters A through M, Nov. 27, and N through Z, Nov. 28. Registration can be completed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Administration Building. Tuition and fees can also be paid at the time of registration. Alphabetic registration for the bulk of the student body continues Nov. 29 through Dec. 8. The schedule is as follows: J through L, Nov. 29; G through I, Nov. 30; C through F, Dec. 1; A through B, Dec. 4; U through Z, Dec. 5; S through T, Dec. 6; O through R, Dec. 7, and M through N, Dec. 8. Open registration begins weekdays Dec. 11 through the afternoon of Dec. 21 when the Registrars Office closes for Christmas recess. It starts again Jan. 2. A $10 late registration fee goes into effect Jan. 8. Students may register in person or by telephone. Telephone registration can be completed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. by 6 4 at an additional or (801) telephoning (801) cost of $3. Tuition and fees can be paid during early registration or deferred until school starts. Barton said it is important to remember that tuition and fees for early registration must be paid by 3 p.m. Jan. 5 when unpaid registrations will be dropped and the students will be required to reregister.
