Saturday night Otis canned 34 0 win points to lead SUSC in the over New Mexico Highlands. In win over Western New Thursdays Mexico Otis scored 15 points and pulled down seven rebounds. The game was the final regular season home game for seniors Otis, Trent Scarlett, Maz Trakh, and Gordon Anderson. Otis, Anderson, and Scarlett each scored in double figures in the departure victory. Anderson chipped in 19 points and Scarlett added 11 in the win. Junior Joe ONeal added 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Trakh, one of the district leaders in assists, dished out five assists in his final home game. will host Mesa College The Tuesday night in the opening round of the RMAC tournament. The split with Mesa in the regular season in the downing the Mavericks Centrum and falling to Mesa in Colorado. Darla Hunt and Angela Levi also contributed eight points each in the win over WNM. Against the Highlands everybody saw plenty of action with Muir and Ramsey leading the way scoring 23 points each. Hunt had nine rebounds to go along with her 12 points. LuAnn Weston boards and contributed eight grabbed points in just 17 minutes of action. Kim Free showed her ball handling skills bv giving out 12 assists. For the Highlands Pam Cizan scored 17, and came down with nine boards. After a slow start, SUSC has really come on. Finishing the regular season at 16-and 13-- in RMAC play. Some of the categorial leaders this year and their averages are: Muir 15.9 points, 82.6 free throw percentage.
