not being married be inserted between who and 14 shall in the first line I 1 hereafter I 1 between I 1 shall ishall I 1 and have in the first and second line and that the word i intermarry 79 in the second line be stricken out and the words have sexual intercourse be inserted in lieu thereof thus making the section read SEC 2 all persons related or being within and including the third degree of consanguinity who shall hereafter intermarry with each other shall be deemed guilty of incest and on conviction thereof shall be punishable by imprisonment in the penitentiary not exceeding dve years
