all the more creditable to them last monday morning sufficient evidence to direct an i warrant vigorous action having been obtained marshal dyer sent deputies and franks to 0 Eure kaThe officers promptly arrested seven men alleged to hie hae taken part in the lunching lynching lyn ching whose names are dennis sullivan tim sullivan phil green thomas atkinson au john murphy timothy dris driscoll coll and dennis 0 connor two other men accused of participating in the killing of fisher were arrested in this city late monday night their names are patsy harrigan and john at about seven last evening the prisoners were taken take before commissioner mckay who set their examination for this morning at ten and they were sent to the penitentiary for the night THE examination the examination of the above named prisoners ocean began this morning in the federally Fe derall court room before commissioner mckay judge bennett appearing for the defense and dickson and varian for the
