end of november without a dollar of appropriation the united states marshals know that no money has been appropriated to pay their fees ibes yet thoy they will continue to act and see that the courts are aro not closed up knowing that congress will have to pay them for services rendered nelc winter there will be embarrassment in some localities but it will not be general genera and in the main the courts can all ue ve kept rann running ing the democrats having failed to repeal the law relating to deputy marshals the marshals wiil will continue to appoint them whenever justice demands it and
