mr sears bears was tt ah released on bonds to await his trial before besore the third district court on the charge of unlawful cohabitation for which he has been indicted released R el eased this afternoon the district attorney moved for the release from custody of lucy devereau the alleged allaf ed plural wife ot W WD D newsom and asked anat she be subpoenaed to appear and testily testify in the district courton court on september 28 and be placed under bonds the judge granted the application and fixed ille the bonds at this action leaves no doubt that an indictment has been found against
