Show Trade Partners to Seek Devaluation for Dollars By Eoin Belton Reuters News Agency WASHINGTON Americas major trading partners will insist that the United States devalue the dollar as part of a solution to the three month long international monetary crisis, according to informed sources. Rinaldo Ossola, deputy governor of the Bank of Itay and chairman of the deputy finance ministers of the group to 10 leading industrial countries, made this point Tuesday to U.S. Treasury Secretary John Connally, the sources said.
