and instructed to report at 8 p in A committee consisting of israel evans ira and E B tripp were appointed to draft resolutions and suggestions regarding the protection of stock against thieves mr their president had expressed himself to the committee as being perfectly willing to unite with the territorial convention and would lay the matter before the members of his association this morning the report was accepted and the committee instructed to continue their labors and report further ata at 2 the committee appointed to enquire into the matter of protecting stock from thieves railroads I 1 etc reported they suggested that a committee of three be appointed to examine the laws of the territory concerning these matters and report such recommends denda they mient think best report
