goodwin were vere sworn and in turn testified mr little the broker who sold a smith wenson wesson revolver re olver to a certain peng perg person on about the middle of Aitz august list said lle lie goodwin goodim there lying dead by the jurors whose names are hereunto subscribed bed rile said sald jurors upon their oaths do say that the deceased came to his death on or about the of august AD
