Show SHOT HIMSELF THE BODY of 00 A SUICIDE FOUND sear seau OGDEN what appears to have been a deliberate and determined suicide was committed on saturday afternoon on an the range west of ogden CI city ciby some boys who were out hunting r rabbits ts in wandering around through th the e sagebrush S age brush and cedars discovered t the h e dead bod body of a man lying on their track with blood oozing from his temple nose and mouth they were consid considerably muy GUy startled by the discovery but after recovering from their surp surprise lie lle they went to the nearest house and informed hir bir robbins robbing of the ghastly s sight ight they had bad seen mr hir mark hall coroner was at once notified and he immediately repaired to the place where the body of the unfortunate suicide lay it was stretched out upon the back a plush cap under the head the left hand across the breast the right hand stretched out a thirty two calibre revolver lying fr by gy i the right side of the body and a harge farge e bull buli bullet et hole in the right temple A coroners jury had already been summoned they viewed the body and the re mains were then placed in a vehicle and taken to mr james gales undertakers establishment in ogden where an inquest was held over the corpse the jury consisted of edmund rob bins joseph wintle and rev richard hartley their verdict was that the deceased hed had committed suicide no cause could be assigned for the rash act he was a young man a swede about five feet eight inches hagn ot of fair complexion and seemed to be about twenty six years of age he was warmly clad cladi havin halog fi on a respectable 1 suit of winter clothes on his person was found cash to the amount of and a letter written in the swedish language it was Writ whitten written to the deceased from sweden and signed by sven he calls the one addressed his bis best dear brother but hut whether or not there existed any kinship between them tham has not been ascertained deceased was a stranger in these parts so far as learned the remains were burled buried on sunday afternoon marcor our correspondent weber sends the above particulars |
