Miss Duvall is betrothed to Richard Austin Merrill. Mr. Merrill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton R. Merrill, Logan, is studying at Oxford University in England. Miss Duvall, who will graduate in June, also attended the University of Wisconsin, whefe she was affiliated with Pi Beta Phi. The future bridegroom was graduated with a bachelor's degree in history from Columbia College. The couple will mary Aug. 26 in an afternoon ceremony at St. Marks Cathedral.
