Show Ballroom dancing in Richards Building. n PROVO, UTAH o photos by Gerald Silver ver 9,000 members of the 10 Brigham Young University Stakes really had a bail Saturday night, Jan. 29. In fact, they had a ball in six different places in the Provo area. Its what the young people, single and married, call theii Gold and Green Bail for the MIA, and it has replaced the traditional Junior Prom on the BYU campus. The Young Marrieds had a dinner dance in the beautiful Sky Room atop the Ernest L. Wilkinson Center, on the BYU campus, according to Bill Forrest and Linda Erickson, of the whole thing. About 100 couples enjoyed dinner, Ocrrell Parry pins corsage on Karen Shields in Alumni Bldg. beginning at 7:30 prr.., and then at 8:30 p.m. the dancing started. The over-al- l affair used the central theme of Up Down Touch The Ground, and decorations at the various places were under direction of the chairmen of the respective stakes using that particular place. Other areas used were the ballroom, directly below the Skyroom a few floors in the Wilkinson Center, by the 1st and 9th stakes; 134 Richards Bldg., the 5th and 7th stakes; the City and County Bldg., downtown by the 10th stake; the Alumni House on campus, by the 3rd stake, and the new University Mall near Orem by the 2nd and 4th stakes, and others.
