Lees visit to campus Oct. 26 The instructor, Sister Dorla Jenkins, was given the assignment: We would like you to delegate some students and w'nte this tribute. Arthur Haycock Sister Lee spoke briefly at the devotional, saying it was so refreshing and so rewarding to aime among you fme, wonderful people. Men may fail in this country. Earthquakes may come; seas may heave themselves beyond their bounds; there may be great drought and disaster and hardship, but this nation, founded as it was on a foundation of principle laid dowm by men whom God raised up, will never fail. This is the cradle of humanity where life on this earth began m the Garden of Eden, President Lee said as he explained why Amenca is a favored land. This is the place where the new Jerusalem is This is the place where the Savior will come to His temple. President Lee continued, Were living m a time of great ensis.
