The Cost of Living Council, announcing the investigation said federal tax Tuesday, agents have uncovered price increases in violation of the economic stabilization program totaling $176,000 by General Motors and Ford dealers in Richmond, Va., and Nashville, Tenn. Under stabilization regulations, price increases approved by the government may not be added to items already in inventory. Stocks on hand must be sold out before prices on new stock can be set higher. Based on the Nashville and Richmond investigations, the council said the practice of repricing inventories apparently was widespread in the auto industry. h ,.....: 11.69 auto dealers Of March I. 1913 ?..,--,-i, 7.n 114 Coe Dv 13.291179 GROUP: IRS opens probe Over The Counter ---, I I 4.817 lkatt.u.t...u........b;;, .......i.3.- -.. -,, Designer Milo Baughman stands midway between the two store at Trolley of his new, it Environment as a division Named West, operates Square. of Milo Baughman Design of Provo, and features furniture, accessories, lighting, plants and interior design work.
