The measure, sponsored by Sen. E. LaMar Buckner, and five other senators, would allocate $3.5 million to Great Salt Lake State Park; $4.5 million to move Pioneer Village to Pioneer Monument and Trail State Park at the mouth of Emigration Canyon and $5 million to Wasr tch State Park. Three million dollars would be available for other parks and $5 million to acquire easement for access to rivers, lakes and public domain.
