The earlier suit charged Article III of the Society's Code of Professional Ethics violates federal antitrust laws In a settlement, the department said the society consented to a decree forbidding enforcement of Article V. The department charged this week that the society has since knowingly KCC on code. UP&L does not conduct business or own property in the New England state, and its sendee area, assets and operating procedures in Utah would remain the same. Some ore containing EUREKA, Juab County gold and silver values is being produced at the Mammoth Mine by Kennccott Copper Corporations Tintic Division. Paul L. Hunter, division general manager, disclosed today that a "small crew" of 20 men has been working in the mine for the past two months cleaning up, getting known ore areas ready for production and putting out some ore. Until the Kennecott crew began work, the mine had been idle for 11 years. It has been owned by the Me Intire family since 1880, but they ceased operations over 30 years ago. It was leased for a short period in the sixties lease on the Keneijecott now lias a at valued reserves which has approximatelproperty y $12 million.
