"All human wisdom is work." Dr. Riddle said, "There are casualties in every dispensation among those who try to let intellect do for intellig- ence." The Lord has commanded men to seek learning, Dr. Riddle said. Ile urged the graduates to "seek intellect and intelligence and not confuse the two." The new building will be near four schools of higher learning in Seoul, according to Joe J. Christensen, associate commissioner of education for seminaries and institutes in the Church. The building, which will include 5,000 space, 1A'iave four square classrooms, five offices, a multipurpose room and a kitchen. Under the direction of Ilo Nam Rhee, coordinator, of the Korean division of seminaries and institutes, 402 Korean students began their study of the Book of Mormon in the first Korean institute program in September 1972.
