Says the handbook, "When there is a change in officers, this handbook should be passed on to the successors." Distribution for the Young Women Handbook is similar; it is to be used by stake, district and mission presidencies, bishoprics and branch presidencies, stake and district Young Women leaders, and ward and branch youth and adult Young Women leaders. The Aaronic Priesthood Handbook gives a brief history of the priesthood and its importance in a section which generally explains the organization and duties of the Aaronic Priesthood. Details are given for supervision of the Araronic Priesthood on the stake, ward and quorum level, and sections on ordinances. funds, combined activities with Young Women and basic policies for the Aaronic Principles, purposes and goals of the Aaronic Priesthood and the Young Women are included in separate handbooks for the two organizations distributed in draft form during June Conference. Publication of the Aaronic Priesthood !laudbook is use by stake presidencies, high councilors, bishoprics, mission presidencies, district presidencies and councils, and branch presidencies, Aaronic Priesthood quorum presidencies and the assistants to the priests quorum president, and quorum secretaries. The Young Women Handbook has a similar format as it defines how the Young Women organization functions within the priesthood. , Coals of personal conversion, fulfilling each young woman's potential as a daughter of God and gaining understanding of the priesthood to live worthy of its blessings are goals enumerated in the Young Women Handbook. Both handbooks contain, in an organized, concise form, the principles and policies of the two organizations as taught in the scriptures and as given by Church leaders at June Conference and General Conference.
