columbia city whitley county and there staid about three months during which time we held 22 meetings me etine etino I 1 but finding little encourage encouragement men t to WI continue our labors there we decided to come to this part of the state having received a letter from brother george informing us that there were good opportunities for preaching the gospel here we arrived at johnsville Johns ville warren county about the first of Febi february uary and held sevel several al meetings gc in said place a ce we were received very kindly py by several families and made welcome to their homes after staying a short time at johnsonville John sonville we came to covington and have also found some good friends in the person of mr oliver shelby and others ers mr Shel shelbye bys hys
