CARETLL STIDY Mrs. Cockayne, who has been a member of the council since 1955, said, Were not a group of wmmen who sit around and moan about what the world is coming to. We examine legislation and then take action based on careful study, NOT emotions. The council is a nonpat tisan organization made up of 470 delegates, representing 159 womens organizations and in four affiliate councils Cache Valley, Box Elder and Utah Counties. At council meetings, experts present both sides of the legislation being studied. When members decide to take action, it is only after study and vote of consideration and a Ogden-Wcbe- r, fabulous fashions are on SALE the general membership.
