And the second floor of Richards has a room in each quad being used as a lounge Each one of these rooms could sleep two guys And why does Steve Ford have the right to take up so much room in the East High Rise? He can afford to find a place off campus Then there is the West High Rise Why can’t they move the girls off the second or seventh floors and onto other floors and put males on one floor temporarily? They can also put guys in the basement of the West High Rise What’s the big deal about males and females living in the same building? The reason for writing this letter is that some of our friends are the ones in this position sleeping wherever they can But there are people on this campus and renters off campus who don’t understand or don’t give a damn one won’t even let a “friend” clppn in the back of his truck And r§nt§r§ won’t rent to foreigners - why the hell not? Where are they supposed to go? Where are they supposed to shower? Where are they supposed to eat? Don’t you Qgople have any There are many other reasons Dear Editor: The purpose of this letter is to solicite your help in finding some people that I have traced as far as USU I am a former student myself and would appreciate your help in finding these people If you would print this letter in your “Letters tO' Mark Pessin 270-38-83- the Editor” USU The people I am looking for are Kevin K Christensen Tawn Gor-bu- tt Shake Turnbull and Caro- please have them write: Paul Rowland Ta Hsin Street No 64 Yung Ho Taiwan ROC 234 - starting Oct ¥ lunch and bowl - noon to 1 15 - 7: 30 pm Bowling prices will be 40 cents per game and 15 cents for shoes A foosball tournament will begin Wednesday Oct 22 at 6:30 pm An Air hockey tournament will be held Oct 2 and 3 for students only There will be a 50 cent entrance fee and losers pay for the second and third games Winners will attend the regional tourney at Tempe Arizona Profs receive positions section I think that would succeed in locating these people if in fact they are still students at lyn Murry If any of these people happen to read this or any one who knows of would you their where-about- s Mixed Doubles Staff and Faculty Wednesday been elected to represent them but what I really want to say is that it is up to you the students to decide what course of action to take If you don’t voice your opinion and get involved don’t expect things to change - pm student body officers that have are you? housproblem about ing for males at this school As a place to ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ ¥ Spectrum or football stadium shortage no ¥ ¥ ¥ Dear Editor: j & out Take' stock uimenca 200 years at the same location Two Utah State University professors have been given committee roles in the American Alli-anfor Health Physical Education and Recreation centennial observance in 1985 and was recently reappointed for a four-yea- r term He is the only westerner on the committee Dale O Nelson current head of HB Hunsaker emeritus pro- the department at USU is a cessor and former head of the member t)f a committee on byDepartment of Health Physical laws currently in the process of Education and Recreation at changing the structure of the orUSU is a member of a committee ganization from an association preparing for the organization’s to an alliance ct Paul C Rowland 528-90-23- AN INVITATION FROM TONI: STUDENT LIFE I th offldol student publication of Utah Stoto University and is written and' edited by students The editor can reserve solely the responsibility of the editorial staff his discretion on the right to refuse any publication writers with signed EDITORIAL OPINIONS ore solely those of the editorial board and those articles All letters LETTER POLICY The editor reserves the right to edit refuse or print any letter line ond signed with name and student number Names may be must be typed on a withheld by the Editor however ot the student's request week by the Associated Published during the school year except during finals office University Center Students of USU Editorial offices University Center 315 business Entered as second doss 317 Printed by the Box Elder News and Journal Brigham City 84321 Subscription rotes $6 per yeor $2 per quarter Utah at logspaid postoge P O Box 1249 Correspondence should be addressed to EDITORIAL POLICY Is Hi Aggies!
