energy and use and costs have increased in recent years The annual cost of energy has more than doubled in five years from $40 per student in 1970 to $95 each in 1975 An increased unit cost of 20 to electrical consumption for lighting by 20 percent to cut consumption of electricity for purposes by 10 percent to decrease energy use for heating and cooling by 15 percent to reduce fuel consumption
