Morgan, PE STATE ENGINEER Published in The Payson Chronicle on April 24, and May 1, ac-f- Request For Bids--Farmi- ng Santaquin City is accepting bid proposals for the working of a 27 acre farm adjacent to the Santaquin City Sewer Lagoons. The farm will be planted in alfalfa, and the irrigation water (sewer effluent) will be provided by the city. The City is requesting that bidders submit two bids proposals: A. Proposal to work the farm on a share crop basis. Contractor will provide equipment and labor to bring the crop in. City will provide the irrigation water, labor to move irrigation pipe, and the land. This contract will be on a five year minimum to the successful bidder. B. Proposal to contract for labor and machinery at a dollar amount per acre charged to the city. Gty will provide irrigation water, labor to move irrigation pipes, and land. This contract will be rebid on an annual basis. Proposals will be accepted beginning immediately and must be submitted no later than 5 PM on the 6th day of May, Bids will be awarded at regular council meeting to be held on the 7th of May, 1996.
